"How we work together" should be a discussion to establish boundaries, expectations, communication methods, and anything else you find useful for effective 1:1s.
Personal goals and company & team goals are there to keep the context of your conversations front of mind. What are you, we, and everyone else working towards?
This is where you keep your meeting notes, use the buttons to create a new meeting or tidy up (’archive’) older meeting notes after 3 months. Just so they don’t get too cluttered 🙂
